Will Endura Mass help me gain weight?

I gained 4kg while using Endura mass. 
But it should be done along with exercise and proper food..

1. Before Exercise - Banana-1
2. After Exercise - Endura Mass with Milk and sprouts
3. Breakfast - must
4. Snacks - Avoid tea/coffee and stick to Milk (have cashew/badam as snacks)
5. Lunch - (Make sure you add enough vegetables)
6. Snacks - Have some fruit milk shake
7. Mini Tiffin (If you got time)
8. Dinner - Make it light + Endura Mass with Milk)

CONSISTENCY is important, its not the one day act that will yield gain, for lean guys, only consistency can yield gain..

Exercise : Push ups, pull ups and bicep curls, squats (Minimum)
(Can do on alternative days, to give rest)
